Dr Brad Hayhow is a Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at Fiona Stanley Hospital and the state Neurosciences Unit. He obtained his primary medical degree from Flinders University in South Australia after first completing a First Class Honours degree in the philosophy of mind and cognition at the University of Adelaide. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and during training undertook clinical and research fellowships at the Melbourne Neuropsychiatry Centre.
Dr Hayhow’s interests include the cognitive and affective manifestations of neurological disorders such as Parkinson disease, young onset dementias, stroke, and epilepsy. He also sees patients with functional neurological disorders in liaison with our neurologists and accepts item 291 referrals from general practitioners.
